电加热炉温度远程监控系统设计

摘    要:为了提高温度控制的快速性和准确性,本文以电加热炉为被控对象,利用Visual Basic 6.0软件开发了基于PID控制算法的应用程序和图形用户界面,便于用户在线监测和设置参数,并通过RS-485总线实现了计算机与控制现场进行远程通信的温度监控。测试结果表明,该监控系统响应快速,且超调量较小,稳态时误差小于0.5%,系统各模块运行稳定,准确性较高,具有比较理想的控制效果。

Abstract:To improve the efficiency and accuracy of temperature control, taking electrical heating furnace as the controlled object, the paper uses software of Visual Basic 6.0 to develop the application program and graphical user interface based on the PID control algorithm, so the user can monitor on-line and set the parameters, and then use the RS- 485 bus to connect computer and the control scene of remote communications of temperature monitoring. Testing shows that the system has fast response, small overshoot and steady error less than 0.5 percent. Each module of system runs stably with high accuracy and better control effect.
