电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定埋弧焊剂中磷含量

摘    要:介绍电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定埋弧焊剂中磷含量,试验选择波长为178.284 nm,检出限为4.8μg/L,测得焊剂中磷回收率为99.2%~101.0%,相对标准偏差(样本数为6)小于2%,且与钼蓝光度法测定结果一致。电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法比化学方法具有更宽的线性范围和更低的检出限,更适用于焊剂中磷的测定。

Abstract:To introduce inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry to detect phosphorus content in submerged arc welding agent.The spectrometry wave length selected in test was 178.284 nm,detection limit was 4.8 μg/L,the phosphorus recovery ratio in welding agent detected was 99.2%~101.0%,relative standard deviation(sample number six) was less than 2%,and the result was in accordance with that of molybdate blue spectrometric method.inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry has wider linear scope and lower detection limit than chemical method,which is more suitable for phosphorus content detection in welding agent.
