60Si2Mn钢亚温淬火工艺研究

摘    要:采用正交回归处理的方法,研究淬火温度、回火温度对60Si2Mn钢强韧性的影响,并分析了该钢亚温淬火后的组织和力学性能。结果表明,60Si2Mn钢在800℃淬火时,综合力学性能达到最佳。

Abstract:The orthogonal regression method is used to research the influence of quenching temperature and tempering temperature on the strength and toughness of 60Si2Mn steel,and analyze the steel structure and mechanical properties after subtemperate quenching.The results shows that the integrated mechanical properties of 60Si2Mn steel can reach the best situation when quenching at 800℃.
