过共析钢线材生产质量影响因素及工艺现状

介绍过共析钢线材生产质量影响因素及工艺现状。分析连铸坯成分偏析、非金属夹杂物、钢中气体含量、轧制工艺、轧后控冷工艺等因素对过共析钢线材质量的影响,给出控制要点:(1)为防止中心偏析,应采用不小于120 mm×120 mm的连铸方坯轧制;(2)完善挡渣工艺,应用不同吹氩流量,延长精炼后软搅拌时间,采用夹杂物变性处理等可有效去除夹杂物、降低铸坯整体的夹杂物含量;(3)完善二次冶炼技术,如钢包吹氩、LF、RH等,可大大降低气体和各种非金属夹杂物含量;(4)合理控制轧制温度、吐丝温度及轧后冷却速度,以获得细索氏体组织。对国内3个钢厂过共析钢线材的生产工艺、冶炼特点及生产控制环节进行阐述。我国过共析钢线材生产与国外先进钢厂相比仍有一定差距。

Quality influence factor and process present situation of hypereutectoid steel wire production

To introduce quality influence factor and process present situation of hypereutectoid steel wire production.The influence of factors such as continuous casting composition segregation,non-metallic inclusion,gas content in steel,rolling process,cooling control process after rolling on hypereutectoid steel wire rod quality was analyzed.The control main points are given.(1)to roll with no smaller than 120 mm×120 mm continuous casting billet in order to prevent central segregation,(2)the inclusion can be eliminated effectively,overall inclusion content of casting blank can be decreased by the following measures such as to perfect slag preventing process,to prolong soft mixing time after refine by applying different blow argon flow,to adopt inclusion modified treatment and so on,(3)the gas and various non-metallic inclusion can be decreased greatly by perfecting secondary smelting process such as ladle argon blowing,LF,RH and so on,(4)to control rolling temperature,wire laying temperature and cooling speed after rolling reasonably,in order to get fine sorbite microstructure.The production process,smelting characteristics and production control link of hypereutectoid steel wire rod in three domestic steel factories are illustrated.There is still gap between China hypereutectoid steel wire rod production and that of overseas advanced steel factory.
