摘    要:在某厂炉卷步进梁式加热炉的改造中,采用了优化设计的长行程装钢机和下线台架的结构和布置,采取合理的排水方式,解决了长行程装钢机上料以及下线台架连铸坯下料问题。设备投产后,降低了生产成本,提高了设备利用率和产品质量。

Abstract:During the innovating of furnace coil walking beam type furnace in one certain factory,the optimal configuration and distribution design of long-distance steel-charging machine and discharging bench as well as reasonable drainage scheme have been adopted to solve the charging problem of long-distance steel-charging machine and discharging problem of discharging bench continuous casting plate blank.When the equipment is put into production,the production cost is decreased,and meanwhile the utilization ratio of the equipment and product quality are increased.
