椭圆管束对流换热性能的数值模拟研究

摘    要:运用计算流体力学(CFD)FLUENT软件,对水横掠叉排椭圆管束时管外流动和换热性能进行了二维数值模拟。结果表明,增加纵向或横向管间距,管束尾部的漩涡数量和大小都会有所增加,换热性能降低;纵向或横向管间距的减小,都会对尾部漩涡产生抑制作用,使换热性能提高。来流速度的增加会使管束换热效果增强。综合考虑管束换热性能以及阻力因素,纵向管间距与管束特征尺度的比值为3.0~3.5、横向管间距与管束特征尺度的比值为1.75,来流速度为4m/s时,可以实现低压损的情况下换热效果的显著提升。

Numerical Simulation of Convection Heat Oval Tubes

Abstract:Using computational fluid dynamics( CFD) FLUENT software,tube flow and heat transfer performance of water Staggered Elliptic Tube Bundles were simulated with the numerical of 2D ACROSS.The results showed that increasing vertical or horizontal tube spacing,trailing vortex tubes would be increased in number and size,reducing heat transfer performance; reducing vertical or horizontal tube spacing would produce inhibition of tail swirls that enhanced heat transfer performance. To increase the flow rate would increase heat transfer of the tubes. Considering the tube bundle heat transfer performance and resistance factors,with longitudinal tube spacing ratio bundle characteristic scale of 3. 0 to 3. 5,with the ratio of the lateral bundle characteristic scale of 1. 75 to the flow velocity of 4m / s tube spacing,significantly improve heat transfer under low pressure loss case could be achieved.
