摘    要:齐鲁石化热电厂410t/h煤粉锅炉原下级省煤器为光管式省煤器,运行中存在烟气阻力大、磨损严重以及换热效果差等问题,导致泄漏频繁,产品使用寿命短,检修工作量大,影响锅炉热效率。更换镍基渗层螺旋翅片式省煤器后,烟气阻力大、磨损严重现象明显改善,换热效果充分加强,运行周期大大延长,锅炉热效率显著提高。

Abstract:The original down part economizer of 410t/h pulverized coal boiler in Qilu Petrochemistry Thermal Electrical Plant was bare tube type.Some problems existed in operation,such as high flow resistance pressure drop,severe erosion,bad heat transfer efficiency.These factors reduce the running hous of the economizer,induce frequent leakage and have great influence of the boiler efficiency.After the retrofitting with Ni-base helix patch economizer,the pressure loss is decreased,the erosion of economizer is reduced and heat transfer efficiency is increased.
