遥控测试功能在调度自动化系统中的应用

摘    要:通过研究发现在已运行变电站接入监控系统的遥控过程中容易出现误遥控事故,导致设备运行异常,甚至造成大面积停电事故,而常规的几种防止误遥控方法在实际应用中也各有缺点存在。结合廊坊电网调度自动化系统实际情况,在自动化主站系统中加入闭锁遥控执行的程序,在保证变电站遥控二次回路正常的情况下,应用程序对已运行变电站的设备进行遥控测试。经过近三年的实际应用,证明确实可以有效避免误遥控事故的发生,保障人身安全和电力系统设备稳定运行。

Abstract:As shown in the research result, accidents by false remote control are common in the substation access monitoring system, thus resulting in abnormal equipment operation or even large-area blackout, while conventional methods for preventing false remote control have their own disadvantages in actual application. Considering actual circumstances of Langfang grid dispatching automation system, a remotely controlled blocked program is added to the automation master station system to make remote tests on the operational substations. Nearly three years of application indicates that this method can effectively avoid accidents of remote control accidents and guarantee oersonal safety and stable ooeration of the equioment of the oower system.
