摘    要:西北某铜铅锌硫化矿 ,铜铅锌共生关系密切 ,且铜铅矿物嵌布粒度细小 ,铜铅锌矿物分离难度大。本试验研究依据矿物特性 ,采用部分优先浮选新工艺、精矿再磨措施 ,有效地解决了铜铅锌矿物分离问题 ,铜、铅和锌三种精矿产品质量和回收率均获得大幅度提高

Abstract:Intricate Cu,Pb and Zn sulphide ore from western north area in china,in which the relation among Cu,Pb and Zn minarals is very close and the size of these minarals is tiny,is difficult to be separated by flotation.According to the minarals characteristic, the experiment developed partial optimizaton flotation flewsheet and Cu & Pb mixed concentrate regrinded to successfully separate Cu and Pb.The result of flotation was satifying ,The grade and recovery of the concentrates of Cu,Pb and Zn applying the new technological process was much better and higher than before.
