硅橡胶吸波复合材料的研发进展

摘    要:介绍了硅橡胶吸波复合材料的基本性能要求,主要制备方法,分类及特点。探讨了吸波剂的结构、形状、尺寸、用量,吸波剂与基体的界面,吸波层的结构设计和厚度,测试温度,测试频率,入射角度等测试条件等因素对吸波性能的影响。综述了采用磁损耗型、电损耗型、复合型、生物型吸波剂的复合材料性能特点,并展望了硅橡胶吸波复合材料未来的发展方向。

Abstract:The basic performance requirements,preparations,classification and characteristics of silicone rubber based microwave absorbing materials(MAM)were introduced.The effect of the structure,shape,size and content of absorbent,interfacial properties of absorbent and matrix,the structure design and thickness of absorbing layer combined with test conditions,such as temperature,frequency,incident angle,on the microwave absorbing properties were discussed.The properties of dielectric loss type,magnetic loss type,dielectric-magnetic mixed loss type and biological silicone rubber MAM were reviewed.The future developing trend of silicone rubber based MAM are also prospected.
