Preparation of Doublt-Terminated Vinyl Fluorosilicone Oil

The double-terminated vinyl fluorosilicone oil was prepared with 1,3,5-trimethyl-1,3,5-tris(3,3,3-trifluoropyl)cyclotrisiloxane as raw material,tetramethyldivinyldisiloxane as capping agent and sulfuric acid as catalyst.The effects of reaction time,catalyst content and temperature on the viscosity and volatile content of the product were studied,and the structure of the product was characterized by IR and NMR.The results show that the product is a double-terminated vinyl fluorosilicone oil.The optimal conditions are:the reaction time is 1 h,the mass fraction of catalyst is 0.4%,and the reaction temperature is 40℃.
