P91耐热钢厚壁管埋弧焊工艺

摘    要:为了实现埋弧焊工艺在P91厚壁管焊接中的应用,对P91耐热钢的化学成分、力学性能以及焊接性进行了分析,并对焊接方案和热处理工艺进行了优化设计,采用GTAW+SMAW+SAW方法完成了Φ457.2 mm×23.88 mm规格P91厚壁管的埋弧焊焊接工艺评定。结果显示,焊接接头的力学性能和金相组织均满足标准和规范要求。该工艺已成功应用于P91管道项目焊接,显著提高了P91耐热钢的焊接作业效率。

Abstract:In order to realize the application of submerged arc welding process in P91 thick wall pipe welding, the chemical composition, mechanical properties and weldability of P91 heat-resistant steel are analyzed. Through the welding scheme and heat treatment process, by GTAW + SMAW + SAW method, Φ457.2 mm×23.88 mm P91 thick wall pipe submerged arc welding process qualification is completed. The results show that the mechanical properties and metallographic structure of the welded joint meet the requirements of standards and specifications. The process has been successfully applied to the welding of P91 pipeline project, and the welding efficiency of P91 heat resistant steel has been significantly improved.
