Abstract:The dealcoholized RTV-1 silicone rubber was prepared byα,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane(107 silicone rubber)as base rubber,nano-calcium carbonate as filler,and adding silane coupling agent.The effects of nano-calcium carbonate,types of silane coupling agent and viscosity of base silicone rubber on the properties of silicone rubber were studied.The results show that as the average particle size of calcium carbonate decreases from 60 nm to 30 nm,the tensile strength of silicone rubber increases from 1.30 MPa to 1.45 MPa,and the elongation at break increases from 720%to 1080%and then decreases to 950%.The preferred filler is KS-40;silicone rubber without silane coupling agent has good storage performance,but has poor adhesion to aluminum and stainless steel;the rubber improves the bonding properties with silane coupling agent of AMMO.As the viscosity of 107 silicone rubber increases from 5000 mPa·s to 500000 mPa·s,the tensile strength of silicone rubber decreases from 1.74 MPa to 1.42 MPa,and the elongation at break increases from 150%to 580%,the bonding performance of 107 silicone rubber is 80000 mPa·s.
