农产品农药残留检测技术研究进展

摘    要:现阶段,我国食用农产品的种类与数量在不断增加,其安全问题受到高度关注与重视,因此,要加强食用农产品的农药残留检测工作,避免给消费者带来食品安全隐患.为了实现对农产品农药残留的有效检测,对检测技术的研究尤为重要.结合农产品农药残留检测技术的应用及发展现状进行探索,提出具体策略,以期能为同行从业人员提供参考.

Abstract:At present,with the types and quantities of edible agricultural products in China increasing,great attention and importance have been attached to the corresponding safety problems.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the detection of pesticide residues in edible agricultural products to avoid food safety risks to consumers.In order to realize effective detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products,the research on detection technology is particularly important.Combining the application and development status of pesticide residue detection technologies for agricultural products,specific strategies are put forward,with a view to providing reference for practitioners in the same industry.
