摘    要:为了解决X射线探伤人工取放标记袋造成的检验效率低的问题,根据检测要求和检测工况,设计了一种可替代人工的辅助放取X射线探伤用标记袋的机械装置。该装置采用铝合金型材作为主材进行轻型化设计,主要由龙门架、升降机构和多功能组合机构组成,能够实现规格调整、平移调整、伸缩调整、转角调整及标记袋平进、平出、放置、收起等功能。应用结果表明,该机械装置完全能够替代人工放取射线探伤用标记袋,机构调整方便、可靠,节约了人工成本,降低了工作强度和安全风险,可满足不同规格及不同成型角钢管的X射线检测需要。

Abstract:In order to solve the low inspection efficiency caused by manual drawing and taking out the mark bag of X-ray inspection, a mechanical device which can replace manual drawing and taking out the mark bag of X-ray inspection is designed according to the inspection requirements and inspection conditions. The device adopts aluminum alloy profile as the main material for lightweight design. It is mainly composed of gantry, lifting device and multi-functional combination device. It can realize specification adjustment, translation adjustment, telescopic adjustment, angle adjustment and mark bag flat in, flat out, placement, stow and so on. The application results show that the mechanical device can completely replace the manual drawing and taking out the mark bag of X-ray inspection. The device adjustment is convenient and reliable, saves the labor cost, reduces the working intensity and safety risk, and can meet the X-ray inspection needs of steel pipes with different specifications and forming angles.
