摘    要:针对锅炉集箱小管座焊接结构特点及生产质量要求,开展了集箱小管座典型焊接接头自动焊焊接工艺研究。采用药芯焊丝气体保护焊方法及外夹管壁定位方式,选择匹配的焊接装备及预置的焊接工艺参数,进行了集箱成排小管座自动焊焊接试验,并对焊件进行了质量检测。对检测中发现的焊缝气孔、夹渣、未熔合等缺陷的形成因素进行了分析,并对焊接工艺进行了优化。采用优化后的焊接工艺,可获得质量稳定、成型美观的焊缝,焊后基本不需要修磨,一次合格率提升至98%~99%,焊接效率较焊条电弧焊提高一倍。

Abstract:According to the welding structure characteristics and production quality requirements of small pipe of boiler header, the automatic welding process research of typical welded joints of small pipe of boiler header is carried out. Using flux cored wire gas shielded welding and outside pipe locate mode, selecting matching welding equipment and optimizing preset welding process parameters, the automatic welding test of rows small pipe of boiler header and quality inspection of the weldment are carried out. The formation factors of weld pore, slag, incomplete fusion and other defects found in the inspection are analyzed, and the welding process is optimized. The optimized welding process are selected to obtain the weld with stable quality and good shape. There is basically no need to repair and grind after welding. The qualified rate of one-time inspection is increased to 98%~99%. The welding efficiency is twice as high as that of electrode arc welding.
