密闭燃烧器法测高压下推进剂燃速研究

摘    要:介绍了密闭燃烧器法测试高压下推进剂燃速特性的基本原理,分析了影响测试精度的各因素,并从实验上对密闭燃烧器法中的散热损失进行修正,将测试结果标准偏差提高到1%。密闭燃烧器法一次测试可测出全部压强下推进剂燃速,可成为高压高燃推进剂研制的有效工具。

Abstract:The principle of closed burner method is introduced in this paper. The factors affecting the accuracy of measurement results are analyzed,and the heat loss is modified based on experiments. The standard deviation of measurement results has been improved to 1% by adopting modification. The combustion rate of propellant at any pressure can be obtained by one test of closed burner method,and closed burner method will be an effective tool to study new style propellant working under high pressure.
