氯氟醚菊酯蚊香的气相色谱测定法

摘    要:文章采用气相色谱法分析盘式蚊香中氯氟醚菊酯的含量。用1∶1(体积比)甲醇-丙酮溶液作为溶剂,经超声波振荡器振荡2h后,以邻苯二甲酸二戊酯为内标,HP-5石英毛细柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。分析结果表明,氯氟醚菊酯的线性相关系数为0.9999,标准偏差为0.0026,变异系数为2.90%,回收率在98.93%~100.62%之间。

Abstract:A GC-FID method was developed for determination of meperfluthrin with dipentyl phthalate as internal standard with. The sample used 1 : 1 methanolacetone as solvent, was shaked for2h and separated with HP-5 capillary column, detected with FID. The result showed that the linear coefficient of meperfluthrin was 0.9999, the standard deviation was 0.0026, the coefficient of variation was 2.90 %, and the average recovery was between 98.93 % and 100.62 %.
