| 摘 要： | 用阿基米德螺旋线实验法获得低密度聚乙稀(LDPE)塑料在不同注射工艺条件下的试样,利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测量试样的结晶度,并分析注射压力对塑件结晶度的影响.结果表明,在不考虑其他因素影响的情况下,LDPE塑料在注射成型时,若模腔压力为80 ～85 MPa,则其结晶度将达到最高值,且塑件密度大,拉伸强度高,弹性模量较大,冲击强度减小,光泽度较好,产品质量提高.

| Abstract: | In different conditions of injection molding process,Archimedes spiral samples of the material LDPE were got.Then through using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)the degree of crystallinity of LDPE was measured.It can better explore the effect of injection molding process conditions on the crystallinity of injection moulding products,and contribute to optimum process parameters. |
