| 摘 要： | M00G30系列伺服阀是一种小流量的伺服阀，在国产化研制过程中曾经出现过流量单边输出故障。该文从伺服阀的工作原理入手，通过对该故障进行理论分析，并经实际验证，找出了产生故障的根源，提出了改进措施。

| Abstract: | The series of MOOG 30 servo-valve is designed for mini-flow electric hydraulic system. In the process of domestic development, there appeared the trouble of single direction flow. Based on the working principle of servo-valve, the article analyzes the trouble in theory. Through checking up in practice, the source of trouble produce is found out and measures for improvement are submitted. |
