摘    要:分析了影响涤纶短纤维生产装置熔体单耗的原因。通过提高组件上机质量,稳定侧吹风工艺,优化操作,增设集束张力辊、缓冲器、丝结检测器等措施,装置的熔体单耗由21.5 kg/t降低至17.2 kg/t,提高了经济效益。

Abstract:The factors affecting the unit melt consumption were analyzed for PET staple fiber plant.The unit melt consumption of the plant was decreased from 21.5 kg/t to 17.2 kg/t by a series of measures,such as improving spinning assemble quality, stabilizing cross air blow process,optimizing operations,adding collection tension roll,damper and silk knot detector.Thus,the economic beneficial was improved.
