光桥平衡补偿型光纤双向应变位移传感器

摘    要:在光桥平衡补偿型光纤双向应变位移传感器中,光源发出的光被3dB耦合器分束到拉敏光纤和参考光纤或压敏光纤和参考光纤中,而这些调制光和参考光由两光探测器分别进行测量。通过自相关损耗,可有效消除光纤应变位移传感器中光源功率波动、光纤传输损耗的变化以及光探测器灵敏度的漂移所引起的误差。微位移架上的位移实验表明:误差为0.01mm。

Abstract:In the optical bridge balance-compensated type fiber-optic bi-directional strain-displacement sensor, the beams emitted by the optical sources are separated to the tension-sensitized fiber and the reference fiber,or the compression-sensitized fiber and the reference fiber. Moreover, these modulated and referenced lights are measured by two detectors. By introducing the self-correlative loss, the error derived by the power fluctuate of optical source, the variation of transmitted loss and the sensitivity excursion of detector can be eliminated efficiently in the fiberoptic strain-displacement sensor. In the micro-displacement rack, the displacement experiment indicates that the error is 0.01 mm.
