悬索桥全焊接主缆鞍座设计

摘    要:悬索桥主缆鞍座以全铸结构为主,近年来国内全焊主缆鞍座有所发展。结构钢全焊接鞍座具有基材受力可靠、自重轻、造价低、吊装及运输方便等诸多优势,在规模适宜的悬索桥上采用结构钢全焊接鞍座,已进行了尝试并有成功的工程实例。着重论述几座悬索桥的全焊接主缆鞍座设计要点。

Abstract:Most of the main saddles for suspension bridges were made of all cast structures in the past, but all welded saddles have been developed in China in recent years. All welded structural steel saddles have many advantages including reliable forced condition of the material, lighter self weight, lower cost and convenient erection and transporting, etc. There are successful application of all welded structural steel saddles in suspension bridges with appropriate span length. This paper emphasizes to describe the design essentials of the all welded main saddles for several suspension bridges.
