| 摘 要： | 复合图书馆的参考咨询服务是传统参考咨询服务与数字参考咨询服务的整合，探讨了复合图书馆的环境下，参考咨询服务工作如何在传统参考咨询服务基础上，充分利用数字化和网络通讯技术，在服务观念、服务内容、服务对象方面作出相应的调整与转变，最大限度地满足读者的信息需求。

| Abstract: | The reference service in hybrid library can integrate the digital reference service with conventional reference service.Based on improving conventional reference service,this paper explores into how to recon- struct and innovate the service consciousness,content and target by fully use of digitalization and internet com- munication technology for the purpose to deliver most reader satisfaction. |
