| 摘 要： | 分析了锦纶６ＤＴＹ加工中僵丝的种类及其成因，并对张力比、ＰＯＹ原丝质量、变形温度等主要影响因素进行了分析和讨论。生产中若解捻张力不足以克服弹性回复力，热箱温度过高，ＰＯＹ原丝条干不匀率等均会产生僵丝。

| Abstract: | The variety and formation cause of PA6 DTY ossified filament were analyzed. Moreover, the main factors of strain ratio, the quality of POY , texturing temperature etc. were analyzed and discussed in details. It was concluded that the ossified filament is formed as the twisting strain is not strong enough to overcome the elastic recovery, or as the hot box temperature and the uneveness of POY are excessively high. |
