摘    要:介绍了重庆气矿卧89井水套加热炉烟道等部件的腐蚀情况,从理论上分析了天然气在炉膛内的燃烧过程和烟气在烟道中的排放过程,确定烟道等部件的腐蚀原因为氧腐蚀和二氧化碳腐蚀,纠正了四川天然气田设计水套加热炉只考虑硫化氢腐蚀、忽略烟气中二氧化碳腐蚀的论点。并结合设备维修和技术改进的现场经验,建议采取的改进措施是:提高烟气的排放温度以减少冷凝水量,采用抗二氧化碳腐蚀的钢材和合理的制造工艺技术。

Abstract:The corrosion state of the flue and other parts of a water jacket furnace is described. Theoretical analysis on natural gas combustion in hearth and gas emission in flue is conducted. Combined with the site experience from equipment maintenance and technique improvement, the corrosion causes are determined to be oxygen and carbon-dioxide corrosion. The countermeasures recommended are increasing gas emission temperature to reduce condensation water, applying carbon-dioxide corrosion proof steel and adopting rational fabrication process.
