摘    要:本丈对罐头食品中微量重金属测定的样品消化进行了研究,提出以酸提取和HNO3-HCl顺序消化这两种消化技术处理样品。据此,建立了铜、锌、铅、镉、锡的原子吸收光谱快速测定方法,对不同添加量水平的回收率为79.0-126.0%,变异系数为2.1-20.8%。两种消化技术均具有操作简便、省时、准确度高和精密度好的优点,适合于作为食品分析的例行方法。

Abstract:This paper studied the method of sample digestion from tinned food to determine the trace element, bringing forward two method to treat sample: acid extraction and HNO3-HCl order digestion. Hereby, we established quick determination by atomic absorption spectrometry for Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Sn, the recovery was 79.0-126.0%, the coefficient of variance was 2.1-20.8%. These two method have advantage of operation simple and convenient, save time, high accuracy and good precision, its can become routine method for food analysis.
