摘    要:裂解工艺是航空发动机连杆制造的一项新技术,文章介绍了航空发动机对连杆质量的特殊要求,分析了连杆材料与热处理对裂解加工工艺的影响,并用20CrMoA低合金结构钢作为连杆材料,通过恰当的热处理工艺,满足了航空发动机对连杆的特殊需求。在此基础上重点讨论了裂解工艺的原理及其主要影响因素。通过试验,确定了裂解工艺孔的位置、数量及尺寸,确定裂解槽槽深、张角和曲率半径的取值及加工手段,设计了同步定行程的浮动式裂解装置,提高了裂解质量及裂解可靠性,解决了用裂解加工工艺取代传统加工工艺生产航空发动机连杆的工艺难题,减少了加工工序,降低了生产成本,简化了加工设备和工具,强化了航空发动机连杆的综合机械性能。

The Advanced Process in Manufacturing H990 Aero Engine Connecting Rod
Abstract:The process of fracture splitting is a new technique for the manufacture of aero engine. The particular requirement of the aero engine towards the quality of connecting rod is emphasized. The influence of connecting rod and its heat treatment towards manufacture process is analyzed. It is proved that after the heat treatment, 20 CrMoA as connecting rod meets the particular requirement of aero engine. On this basis, it is discussed that the principle of fracture splitting and its influence factors. Experiments have deduced the location, quantity, and size of fracture splitting hole, and defined the depth, opening angle, curvature radius of starting notch and its manufacture process. The author design a synchronization-fixed distance-floating equipment, and the quality of fracture splitting and its stability is improved, the problem of the connecting rod of the aero engine is solved, the procedure is reduced, the cost is decreased, the manufacture equipments and tools are simplified, and the quality of connecting rod of aero engine is strengthened.
