聚四氟乙烯膜裂纱的性能分析

摘    要:探讨聚四氟乙烯膜裂纱线的性能.对其表面特性、强伸性能以及热学性能进行了测试分析,结果表明:聚四氟乙烯膜裂纱纵向呈规则的圆柱体,横截面为多边形,纱线表面光滑,摩擦因数较低,由该纱线制成的织物外观表面光滑,不易黏附粉尘,具有自清洁作用.该纱具有很好的耐热性及热稳定性;但其断裂强度较低,初始模量小,断裂伸长率较大,所织造的织物很容易变形,同时会给生产加工造成困难.

Abstract:Property of PTFE film yarn was discussed.The yarn surface property,strength & elongation and thermal property were tested and analysed.The result shows that longitudinal section of PTFE film yarn is regular cylinder,cross section is polygon,yarn surface is smoother,friction factor is lower.The fabric surface is smooth,not easier to adsorb dust and possess self-cleaning function.The yarn possesses better heat endurance and thermal stability.The yarn breaking tenacity is lower,initial modulus is less,breaking...
