锤式破碎机动态仿真研究

摘    要:根据锤式破碎机的工作情况,提出了锤式破碎机冲击破煤的机理,采用Pro/E软件建立了PCM400型锤式破碎机执行部分三维虚拟装配模型,得到了其转动惯量.在此基础上对PCM400型锤式破碎机执行部分的冲击破煤过程进行了动态仿真,得到了在冲击破碎过程中PCM400锤式破碎机锤轴速度、加速度的变化规律.PCM400破碎机冲击破碎时,其速度变化率为0.63%,加速度变化率为1.26%,可以对现有的PCM400锤式破碎机进行优化设计.
