| 摘 要： | 通过对设备工程机械各系统的工作原理、系统故障现象进行分析,确定诊断系统由故障巡检和故障诊断专家系统组成,系统知识库采用树状知识组织形式来描述,知识表达采用生产式规则和面向对象的知识表示法相结合的方式.在故障诊断的方法中引入了故障树分析,同时将领域专家的经验知识转化为诊断系统的知识,构建采用正向推理机制的诊断系统.

| Abstract: | An analysis of the principle of the systems of the construction machinery and the phenomena of fault diagnosis show that the system is composed of a fault inspection tour expert system and a fault diagnosis expert system. And the knowledge organization model and knowledge expression method are described. Diagnosis knowledge is expressed in production rules and Object-Oriented paradigm to construct the knowledge database. In the process of fault diagnosis, the analysis method of a fault tree is imported in the method of a fault diagnosis and accordingly convertes the field expert knowledge into expert system diagnosis knowledge. A forward reasoning mechanism of the intelligent fault diagnosis expert system is also described. |
