| Abstract: | In this paper,the status quo of the west canals of the barrages 2,3 in the Fenhe irrigation district is expounded.The necessity,the feasibility in technique and in economy on the two projects:the reconstruction of the west main canal of the barrage 2,and the junction of the west main canal of the barrage 2 and the arterial canal of the barrage 3 are analyzed.According to the analysis above,a proposal that the two projects should be constructed as soon as possible has been offered. |
