高强度螺栓摩擦型连接接触面的处理方法

摘    要:针对高强度螺栓预应力一定时其承载力设计值取决于接触表面的抗滑移系数,通过对高强度螺栓摩擦型连接的原理分析,结合钢结构设计规范介绍了接触面的各种处理工艺要求及摩擦系数的取值,从而避免螺栓报废和产生质量事故。

Abstract:Aiming at that, with certain pretension, the bearing capacity design value of the high strength bolt depends on anti-slip coefficient of the connection interface, according to the theory analysis of the high strength bolt friction type connection, and combining with steel structure design standard, the author introduces all treatment technology requirements of the connection interface and value of the friction coefficient, thus avoiding bolt scrap and occurring of quality accident.
