摘    要:论述了影响坐标测量机空间测量不确定度的21个单项几何误差以及它们对空间测量不确定度的传递关系。依此可推出空间测量不确定度表达式U95=K1+L/·K2。文后给出了分析实例。这对坐标测量机的研制工作有指导意义。

Abstract:Twenty-one kinds of individual geometric errors which result in 3D measuring uncertainty of a coordinate measuring machine and the transmitting relations between each of them and 3D measuring uncertainty are discussed in the paper. The formula of 3D measuring uncertainty (U95=K1 +L/K2) will be given. Finally,an analysis example will be provided. This paper can give a guide for the development of coordinate measuring machine.
