摘    要:用三种不同来源的抗原(基因工程HBVe、HCV核心区抗原和GM—CSF)免疫鸡,观察血清及卵黄中特异性抗体的应答,结果经免疫的鸡对这3种抗原均有免疫应答,所产卵的卵黄中可测出大量的有活性的抗体。提示鸡源性抗体在生物制品开发应用方面有一定的前景。

Abstract:Specific antibody responses in the serum and yolk of hens immunized with recombinant HBeAg, HCV core antigen and human GM-CSF antigen were observed. The result showed that all the three antigens could induce specific antibodies in immunized hens, and significamt quantity of active an- tibodies could be detected in yolk of eggs laid by the hens. It indicated that antibodies derived from hens opened up prospects for development and application of biologieals.
