摘    要:介绍了以水合肼、二硫化碳和溴甲烷为原料合成二硫代肼基甲酸甲酯,经关环、氧化生成2-甲砜基-5-三氟甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑的合成工艺,并优化了反应条件,合成总收率(以水合肼计)达70%以上.

Abstract:This paper introduce the synthesis process of 2-methylsulfonyl-5-trifluoromethyl-1,3,4- thiadiazole by cyclization and oxidation of methyldithiocarbazinate, which was synthesized by hydrazine hydrate, carbon disulfide and methyl bromide. And the optimum reaction conditions were described. The total yield(based on hydrazine hydrate) was over 70%.
