| 摘 要： | 测定了磺化油SS及复配磺化油SS的有效物含量、乳液稳定性及乳化能力，进行了在皮革分步加脂中的应用实验。检测结果表明，磺化油SS及复配磺化油SS有效成分含量高，稳定性较好，乳化能力强。应用结果表明，在皮革中渗透性及与皮革纤维结合性好，所得皮革丰满柔软，分步加脂对猪皮和牛皮的柔软效果较为明显，复配磺化油的加脂效果好于磺化油SS。

| Abstract: | The active fat content and emulsion stability and emulsifying ability were measured. The application experiments of multi--step fatliquoring in goatskin, pigskin andcattlehide leathers were carried. The measured results showed that the sulfonated oil has high active fat content, excellent emulsion stability and emulsifying ability. The application results showed that it has excellent penetration and good combination with leather fibers.The fatliquored leather was very full and soft. The multi--step fatliquoring was extremely beneficial to the softness of pigskin and cattlehide leathers. The effect of complex SS on the leather was better than Sulfonated Oil SS. |
