| 摘 要： | 分析研究了国家发改委于2005年7月8日发布的新的《钢铁产业发展政策》，该政策以贯彻落实科学发展观，走新型工业化道路为主线，其中保持总量适度发展，强调发展循环经济，提高自主创新能力，规范管理投资行为，稳定矿产资源供应等，对冶金矿山的发展具有指导意义。提出冶金矿山要认清形势，围绕大局，适应调整，趋利抑弊的建议。
