α-三联噻吩的β-环糊精包结物荧光检测

摘    要:α-三联噻吩是广泛存在于菊科植物中的一种光活化物质,但含量较低,一般很难检测。本试验报道了一种利用荧光分光光度法分析痕量α-三联噻吩的方法。结果显示:在激发波、发射波狭缝宽度均为5.0nm,激发波长为352nm,发射波长428nm时,经肛环糊精包结后的α-三联噻吩荧光强度比同浓度未包结的α-三联噻吩荧光强度显著增强,在浓度为0.02~0.10μg/g的范围内呈良好的线性关系(R值为0.9998)。

Abstract:a-Terthienyl exists widely in composite plants, but its content is too minim to be detected usually. Anovel trace analysis method fora-terthienyl was reported. The results showed that when the excitation wave slitand the emission wave slit were both 5.0 nm, excitation wavelength was 352 nm and emission wavelength was428 nm simultaneously, the inclusion complexation ofa-terthienyl by b-cyclodextrin provided higher fluores-cent intensity than a-terthienyl alone. And the a-terthienyl concentration was well linear related with thefluorescent intensity in the range of 0.02 ug/g to 0.10 ug/g (R= 0.9998).
