摘    要:改变传统的管焊机焊接规范参数分段控制模式,采用单片机技术,通过抛物线拟合算法形成平滑的焊接规范参数曲线,实现熔化极全位置管焊机规范参数的平滑调节,精确控制电弧能量及其分布。自动焊接小车伺服系统采用PWM调速技术,通过微机控制实现焊枪的月牙形摆动模式。

Abstract:Traditional section control modes of welding parameters were changed in all-position tuber welder. By means of single chip microcomputer technique, smoothed curve of welding parameters was formed by parabola interpolation. Smoothing adjustment of welding parameters was realized in automatic MAG welding machine for tube all-position, and the distribution of arc energy was controlled accurately. In servo-control system of the welding tractor, the PWM technique was used to regulate the motor's speed. Swing welding with crescent motion was realized by the program control of the microcomputer.
