| 摘 要： | 锅炉在低负荷运行时, 烟气的携带水蒸汽量会随锅炉负荷的降低而减少, 导致添加到FGD 系统的水量会大于FGD 系统损失水量, 从而出现系统内水量过多的问题, 这是目前国内湿法FGD 系统普遍存在的现象。针对这一问题有必要通过调节每个喷淋层开启周期来匹配所需的水量, 并按不同除雾器厂家对除雾器最小平均冲洗水量的要求, 确定“水平衡分界点”。

| Abstract: | During boiler low load operation,the steam content in flue gas will decreases as boiler loading is reduced,so that the water added to the FGD system exceeds system water loss,resulting excess water in the system,which is a common problem in domestic wet FGD systems.To solve this problem,it is necessary to match spraying layer opening cycle to required water amount,and determine critical points of water balance according to minimum average flushing amount of demister recommended by different manufacturers. |
