| 摘 要： | 发电机轴承振动大,根据故障现象和振动频谱特征,分析了形成原因。认为发电机转速达到两倍临界转速附近,轴系发生了油膜振荡。通过检查、处理轴瓦,消除了油膜振荡,轴承振动正常,0．4倍频振动成分基本消失。

| Abstract: | The generator bearing vibrated in a big way. Then its reason was analyzed according to the malfunction phenomenon and the vibration frequency spectrum characteristic. Thought that the generator rotational speed had achieved nearby two time of critical rotation speeds, the shafting has had the oil film vibration. By means of inspection, processing the axle tile, the lubricant film vibration was eliminated, then the bearing vibrated became nonnally, and 0.4 frequency multiplication vibration ingredient was almost vanished. |
