摘    要:以微生物发酵生产具有重要生物活性的D—核糖体系,深入研究细胞生长曲线(包括种子液和发酵液)的快速、准确和简易吸光度测定方法,确定细胞浓度与吸光度之间的函数关系,为工业化生产在线测量发酵体系中细胞浓度及微生物发酵生产D—核糖进行代谢调控提供基础。

Abstract:On the basis of the system of microbial fermentation to produce D-ribose, a quick, accurate and simply absorbance measurement method for the cell growth curve (including seed solution and broth) was studied, and the function relation between the cellular concentration and absorbance was established, which provides the foundation for the online measuring of cellular concentration in industry and metabolism control of producing D-ribose by fermentation.
