| 摘 要： | 针对传统EMS告警系统的不足,提出从告警的类别、筛选、原因追逐和定位、展示、信息的处理5个方面定义智能告警的内涵.通过基于规则、模型和推理的基础运行数据处理,得到系统当前可能的告警集.根据告警集的特征,将电网实时调度中常有的告警集分为元件级、系统级,告警类型有单一、串联、并发、组合、灵敏度和梯度告警.并对这些告警给出了定义、公式表达和举例说明.通过告警分析使调度人员得知电网和设备的工作状态.
