铂铼重整催化剂硫酸根脱除方法及其工业应用

摘    要:选取从工业反应器中卸下的含硫酸根的铂铼催化剂和实验室制备的含硫酸根的铂铼催化剂,对其进行热氢还原时,补入一定量的二氯乙烷,发现可以将催化剂上的硫酸根脱除,并使催化剂的活性得以恢复,这一方法用于受硫酸根污染的工业装置,已得到同样的结果。

Abstract:Pt Re reforming catalyst samples containing sulfate from commercial reactor and laboratory preparation have been revived by hot hydrogen with a certain amount of dichloroethan added. As the result, sulfate on the catalysts has been removed and the catalyst activity regained. The method has been applied in commercial unit and the same effect has been obtained.
