摘    要:AOP法是以氨为碱源的焦炉煤气净化工艺,脱硫脱氰采用双级串联的OMC法,分别采用喷射塔和填料塔脱硫,脱硫液均采用自吸工喷射再生,脱氨采用磷铵溶液洗氨生产浓氨水或无水氨,脱硫废液可提盐配入炼焦煤中。

Abstract:Abstract: AOP process is a COG purification process using ammonia as alkali source. A two-stage series OMC process is adopted for the removal of H_2S and HCN. A spraying tower and packing tower are equipped for desulfurrizing. Desulphurizing liquor is regenerated by two-stage self-absorbing spraying. Ammonia removal is carried out by scrubbing ammonia with ammonium phosphate solution to produce concentrated ammounia water or anhydrous ammonia. The effluent from H_2S removal can be used to recover salt or be added into coking coal.
