| 摘 要： | 利用数字万用表、频率计等仪表及控制软件,构成检测系统,实现EM1800电表基板质量的自动检测。对继电器依次发送检测指令、接收返回信息;与检测标准数据相比较来评定其质量。此种方法不仅适用于EM1800基板,也可以扩展应用于其他基板的检测。生产实践已证实该系统的可靠性和有效性。

| Abstract: | Using conventional detecting apparatuses and controlling software,an automatic quality detection system for EM1800 PCAs(Printed Circuit Assemblies)is established. Instructions are sent to the relays to collect testing signal sequentially. Comparing the feedback signal with the standard value,the quality assessment data are measured and restored automatically.This method can be modified to be general-purpose for other kinds of printed circuit assemblies. The validity and reliability of this method are verified in applications. |
