| 摘 要： | 分析了35Mn2钢抽油杆成批失效的原因.分别检验了抽油杆原材料的化学成分、酸浸试验、非金属夹杂物.对裂纹与显微组织进行了分析,找出了失效原因,提出了改进措施.

| Abstract: | In this paper,we analyed the reasons of failure for sucker rod of 35Mn2, examined elemental compositions, etching examination and non -metal impurity of 35Mn2, analyzed crack and microstucture,found the reasons of failure and put forward some improvements. |
