基于LS-DYNA的碗形砂轮端面磨削加工的三维仿真研究

摘    要:利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,对碗形砂轮端面磨削加工过程进行研究。建立了单颗磨粒磨削有限元模型和材料本构模型,仿真分析得到等效应力、等效应变的变化规律,以及砂轮线速度对磨削应力、磨削力强度的影响规律。为端面磨削加工机理的研究和磨削工艺参数优化,提供了高效的方法和理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper,face grinding process with cup wheel was simulated based on the single-grit finite element model and material constitutive model by the use of FEM software ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The simulation results were analyzed,which showed the change law of the effective stress and total mechanical strain and effect of wheel speed agaist the grinding force intensity.The method proposed will provide an effective way and theoretical reference for the study on the principle of face grinding process as well as the parameters optimization.
