数控加工直线段轨迹NURBS拟合

摘    要:针对模具数控加工中的连续直线段刀位点轨迹,为了克服直线段插补的不足,实现参数曲线插补,提出了一种可靠的Nurbs曲线拟合算法。该算法以最小二乘Nurbs曲线拟合方法为基础,通过最优控制点搜索方法和基于直线段轨迹连续性指标分段的曲线拟合方法,对直线段刀位点轨迹拟合,可将拟合后的曲线与原始直线段轨迹间的偏差控制在要求范围内。通过仿真验证了该方法的可靠性。

Abstract:In order to overcome the backdraws of linear interpolation and realize the curve interpolation,an algorithm of Nurbs curve fitting was proposed,to deal with continuous small line segments of the tool path in numerical control mold machining.The algorithm which is based on the least square method consists of the optimal control points search method and curve fitting method.Moreover,the algorithm can keep the deviation between the original path and the curve path within the required range.Some experimental results demonstrate its usefulness and quality.
